Having considered the cost, God the Father is willing to pay the “bride price” for His redeemed.  The bride price is the life of His Son, Jesus Christ.
--Luke 14:25-35           

As Christians, we are told that we are not our own but we are bought at a price.

We are not redeemed with perishable things such as silver or gold. We have been “purchased” with the precious blood of Christ.
